Refund Policy
These terms are subject to applicable US consumer protection laws, including relevant US consumer rights and Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), as well as applicable national laws.
To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we strictly manage the returns to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.
We provide a 30-day return policy for your first purchase, giving you the freedom to try Harmonia with peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This policy is applicable only to your first order.
Eligibility & Conditions
This guarantee applies to the goods purchased directly from Drink Harmonia.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Some portion of the items in your order must remain in their original condition—unopened and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The return request must be for your initial (first) order with Harmonia.
Please note that, once you request a refund on these grounds, your subscription with Drink Harmonia will automatically be cancelled.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
A full refund on unopened items, minus a $10 fee to cover part of the return shipping cost, will be issued upon successful processing of your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Didn't like the taste (secondary consideration to its benefits)
We do our best to provide you with high-quality products that taste great, though we understand that deliciousness is subjective, and its perception varies depending on who takes the supplement. However, at the moment we are not able to issue a refund based on the taste of our products and not on results.
Are allergic to the product or an ingredient
All of our products contain a detailed label listing all of its ingredients. Please, make sure to read it carefully and consult with your doctor before buying, because we'll be unable to offer you a refund on these grounds. If you need further clarification, you can always contact our customer service team to receive help.
Ordered too much
Unfortunately, you can't return our products after receiving them. In case you made a mistake and ordered more products than you intended to, contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase, so we can review your case and make a decision accordingly.
Ordered the wrong item
It's your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item for your own circumstances. If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to cancel your order before it goes out. However, we cannot make any guarantees. If your order has already been sent out, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our store. Please also take into consideration that customer service response times can take up to 24-hours.
Were suffering from financial hardship
We understand that financial hardships can occur and that you may not be able to continue with your subscription at the moment. To avoid this situation, it may be better to choose the "one time" option for your preferred product when making your purchase. Whenever you find yourself in a better financial situation, you can continue buying our subscription products without issues.
Shipping process
Drink Harmonia is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by DHL, OnTrac, USP, USPS, FedEx, or any other third-party postage carriers in the US.
In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Drink Harmonia can issue a discretionary replacement. If Drink Harmonia decides to issue a refund, credit will be issued back to your original method of payment. However, we are happy to provide you with a full refund under one of our money-back guarantees listed below.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as opened perishable goods, cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges with no handling fees. However, if exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to cover the price difference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that bank or credit card processing times may cause slight delays. If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

We trust completely in the quality and effectiveness of our products when improving your health and wellbeing. That is why we offer a guarantee for 30 days after the purchase date. In case you don’t experience the intended benefits of our products, you can get in touch with our customer service team to discuss a refund.
Conditions
This guarantee applies only to the first (initial) order. If you purchased a bundle, our guarantee will cover the first month’s supply only.
As stated above, our guarantee is based on the success of our products when treating your health conditions. For this, you’ll need to take all dosages of our products as instructed. If you follow instructions and they still show no results, we will process a refund.
Please note that it’s not possible to ask for a refund based on the products’ flavour only.
Please understand that your diet and lifestyle play a key role in the results obtained. Thus, we can offer a refund only to clients who can show they have taken at least 15 servings of our products and have not ingested alcohol or junk food during this period, as these foods destroy the chances of the product working.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to Products offered through the Subscription Program at any time. If a renewal order has already been processed, cancellation will take effect after that order is completed.
